Changing the login information from the UI requires restart

Hi ! When i change the login information (username - password - security path) from the UI i have to restart BillionMail manually which i didn't know and i figured it out the hard way

Maybe changing these informations should trigger a restart automatically or rework the authentication system so it doesn't require a restart at all
