A record propagation issue
I setup my email server the way its explained on the youtube video, but with mail.domainname.com the A records are not propagating but with hostname as @ and value as ip address is propagating but emails are landing in spam and spam score is less than 7. Please help. Emails are landing in spam for gmail.com.
To ensure proper email deliverability, please verify the following DNS records are correctly configured:
Required DNS Records SPF, DKIM, DMARC: These authentication records must be properly set up in your DNS resolver. MX Record: Must point to an A record with the value mail.domainname.com. Verification After configuration, use mail-tester.com to validate your email setup and check your sender score.
A records are not propagating with the example in the youtube video but all others are propagating.
Can I use Billionmail as a mail sender with a different smpt server? Would love for the featues to include a delay function for email sending. Just a proposal. Thanks.
My domain name is from namecheap.com and I used setup the A DNS record as explained but it did not propagate as mail.domainname.com. But when I choose a different setting as @ and ip address as value my A records propagated correctly. I used a DNS lookup tool for both and A records only propagated with @ as value and ip address even while using cloudflare. Regards.

Mailtester still showed a low score as A records had not propagated. Emails also landing in spam.

When you using CloudFlare to control your DNS records, you can add A record mail point to your server IP. Add MX record @ point to mail.your_domain_name. Go back BillionMail wait for few moment and re-check the records.
Let's Encrypt will verify your website through the domain; therefore, you must add an A record before applying certificate.
The Dns are now working. But the function of sending bulk emails is not. Processing still pending. Regards.

Yes. Its the same issue. DNS shows its correct but the test emails I send land in spam. Regards.
