i have emailed and I am encountering an issue when attempting to send a test email through the BillionMail platform. The following error message is displayed:
“Failed to connect: SMTP auth: 535 5.7.8 Error: authentication failed (reason unavailable).”
This issue occurs every time I try to send a test email, including to [email protected]. I have also tried using other email addresses, but the same issue persists in all cases.
