how do i disable spam filter permanently? not allowing me send mail

Are you referring to:

• Outbound content scanning blocking your emails?
• Recipient-side spam filtering?
• Or another component (e.g. SpamAssassin, Postfix policy)?

Also, when you say "not allowed to send emails", does this mean:

• The system rejects the send attempt?
• Emails are marked as spam on the recipient side?
• Or an error/warning is shown?

how do i disable it from scanning my outbound content

Please log in to the BillionMail admin panel;

Go to Settings → Services;

Locate the service billionmail-rspamd-billionmail-1 and click the GUI button to open the rspamd web interface;

After sending a test email, check the recent scan history;

Please screenshot the full scan result and the triggered rules .
