Dedicated IP not work!

I have a server with 4 IP addresses, each of which is associated with 4 different domain names. However, the dedicated IP address doesn't work. Do the DNS records for the 4 domain names need to be consistent?

Our current test results show that no matter how many IPs are bound, the domain name of each IP is independent; the outbound IP of the email will always be the main IP of the server; and we need each IP to correspond to a different domain name!
