Emails getting failed at first and then getting sent one by one

Using BillionMail V4,

After a good 2 weeks warmup, i sent one email to 2097 subscribers. I noticed it was sending emails slowly using Auto Threads settings.

However I noticed that all 2097 shown as Failed and 0 success - In the Task stats (in Email Marketing).

After 2 days its showing - 1428 Failed and 669 Success.

The emails are not going in one go, Is this normal?

I want to send them in one go - 4-5 hours is fine.

What i am missing here? Is there any setting which is preventing me to send in one go? Is this limit by my VPS provider?

Are you enabled "Associate IP Warmup System" feature when you create a campaign?

I didn't for this campaign when i sent 2097 emails.

Earlier i was enabling it while warmup.

now i am trying to send email to 120 people and its sending to only 1, is this working for you guys?
