Unable to add custom domain to installation

Where to add a custom domain with SSL instead of using insecure IP address to access the app? Thanks in advance and great app!

Currently, the BillionMail console doesn't support SSL certificate changes through the UI. However, you can manually update certificates by following these steps:

  1. Replace these files in your BillionMail project directory:

    • ssl/cert.pem (new certificate)
    • ssl/key.pem (new private key)
  2. Restart the service:

    docker restart billionmail-core-billionmail-1

Please confirm when you've completed these steps, and don't hesitate to ask if you encounter any issues or have questions about the process.

But how do I add the domain to the app to begin with? Im not referring to the inbox domain, I'm referring to the actual domain that is used to access the app.

You can add the accessible domain names of your BillionMail through DNS resolution. Like Cloudflare.
