Hey, have you checked out your SMTP authentication information? If it is using the same information, I recommend you update BillionMail to the latest release and check out again. Let me know how you are doing on this step.
I am also experiencing the same issue. The SMTP credentials were validated successfully, but I still get the error.
Just to give an update - I changed the Authentication Method in the Advanced Settings to "PLAIN" and it started working fine.
