邮件里的打开率、点击率感觉都不准？回复邮件不能收到？

1、如图所示，我发了3封邮件给我自己，我都收到了，但是打开率就是25%，点击率也是25%

2、我发邮件出去，对方回复了，怎么才能收到别人的回复邮件呢？是需要进行什么配置吗？
