Display at fixed coordinates with MouseGetPos

Instead of having to guess, or figure out where the correct coordinates are on your monitor, allow for the use of MouseGetPos

How it would work:

• Tick 'Display at fixed coordinates'
• a chat box tells you to click where you want the tooltip to show
• Coordinates are filled in when you click on the desired pixel
