Need help from wordpress/php developer for a lazySizes wordpress plugin

Open aFarkas opened this issue 10 years ago • 6 comments

I started this project to bring lazySizes to wordpress. While this plugin already works great, I'm clearly not a php developer nor a wordpress plugin author and would like to hand this project over to someone more capable doing this.

One big goal is to work seamlessly with the following responsive images plugin (and maybe others): https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/ricg-responsive-images

In total I don't expect too much work for a php dev (should stay simple).

So in case you are one or you know someone, let me know.

@TrilipuT Thanks for your help!

@TrilipuT and @zacharybrady

I would give you both direct access to this repo. I would suggest that changes are still done via PR.

If someone requests a pull from his repo, one of the other ones can review and merge.

Are you fine with this workflow?

@szepeviktor Thanks for the updates to the code! Using this with a couple of clients and your last update has made their sites noticeably smoother.

I made a gist with a simple approach to auto-generate lqip in WP: https://gist.github.com/leolweb/1fd7a58722c4e4351073
