Update Go to 1.22

  • Updates go.mod to 1.22
    • Updates test matrix to test against 1.22, 1.21
  • Updates checkout and setup-go actions to latest releases
  • Removes .travis.yml as it's unused
  • Removes gopkg.in/yaml.v2 from go.mod This package is not imported and was dragged in, accidentally, from an example. It is not required to build the binary.

Closes #62
