configuration file downloaded but no preview picture. Please help

I have been using Civitai helper before and I need to click a button to scan all lora files in a batch. I installed this extension and restarted my webui. My question is, how will this extension read info from Civitai, is there any button for this? I tried a lora file downloaded from Civiti. I right click on the lora, select edit prompt words, in the next windows, I selected Download configuration files from Civitai. It did, but there is no preview picture. Any idea? Could it be due to that my lora files are saved in a logic folder? Thank you
