Launch Random Game Key

Would it be possible to have a key that launches a random game? Say Control-R?

If the game is one you've never played before, are you likely to want to have seen the help text for that game before it is launched? Perhaps the random key does not actually launch the game but just selects it in the front end to allow the user to choose to view help text, view graphics, launch game, or pick another (random?) game.
