Thanks for your contribution. It seems that you saved the file in UTF-8 encoding. Please save it in UTF-16 LE encoding.

It should be Unicode or UTF16 LE. Otherwise it will be displayed incorrectly in East Asian languages (e.g. Japanese, Chinese).
