docs: Unified Naming Convention for Engine API

I’ve updated the doc to bring consistency to the naming of the Engine API.

Previously, there were multiple variations in how it was written, such as "EngineApi" and others. I’ve standardized it across the entire codebase to "Engine API" for better readability and uniformity.
