SkipCutscene is sometimes not working

In a party with 4 people, sometimes the plugin simply doesn't skip but will do so for others, is there a reason for this?

I can't get this plugin to work at all. My friends use it too and it always works for them, even when we're all in the same party. Is there any other plugins that conflicts with this one?
