The first "suggestion" is already integrated in Xinsta. The person's "following" number will get colored blue if he/she follows you, otherwise it'll stay black.

1 and 5 are integrated into XInsta. I am working on fixing 1 due to some API changes Instagram made. XInsta had option 2, but it caused crashing for certain devices and was scrapped. I will look into re-integrating it. 3 and 4 should be simple. I will look into them.
