h264 to mp4 is too slow

The speed of h264 to mp4 is too slow, may I ask why? The sample is 6.3MB, it takes 6s to convert using ws.schild, but only 600ms using com.googlecode.mp4parser. Is there a way to optimize the conversion speed?

I think the reason is that the video was re-encoded. can use ffmpeg's copy command.
