Upgrade to ffmpeg 5.x binaries

i used pom setting:

 <dependency>
            <groupId>ws.schild</groupId>
            <artifactId>jave-all-deps</artifactId>
            <version>3.3.1</version>
        </dependency>

why ffmpeg used to 3.3.1?
