Add Chat Templates?

Should there be some form of request templates? It could just be something like a GitHub template repository.

How would templates be differentiated? A separate tab in the sidebar? Chats in the sidebar could have a different icon to suggest that it's a template?

Or...is the ability to duplicate chats enough? (See #4)

The "New Chat" button (on the page or in the nav sidebar) can have a drop-down where the template can be chosen (defaulting to an empty chat).
