[Plasma 6] Dim Inactive Effects Breaks on New Update

Operating System: Arch Linux KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.2.0 Qt Version: 6.7.0 Kernel Version: 6.8.9-zen1-2-zen (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland Processors: 4 × 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i3-1115G4 @ 3.00GHz Memory: 7.6 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: Mesa Intel® UHD Graphics Manufacturer: LENOVO Product Name: 81X8 System Version: IdeaPad 3 15ITL05 (this effect is replicated on my Gaming PC as well, updated to 6.9 kernel)

The Dim Inactive window effect ceases to work properly with LightlyShaders enabled (with qt apps, GTK apps seem to dim just fine)

Steps to reproduce for me

1. Settings, Desktop Effects, turn ON LightlyShaders and Dim Inactive effect (note how Firefox dims correctly in the background!)

Functionality returned to normal if you disable LightlyShaders

Let me know if you need logs/trace and how i can get these to you!

Just reproduced on Plasma 6.4. Inactivate windows with LightlyShaders applied even triggered HDR on my setup, leading to an extraordinary bright 🤣
