[Bug] The total time interval remains unchanged upon update.

Describe the bug If I want to change the exercise interval, the total time is not updated in the application.

To Reproduce It's simple, when I change the number of intervals

In the screenshot you can see how I updated, there are two time intervals, but the total time remained at one minute, but it should be three minutes, along with the rest break.
