Where to contrib an Emacs ReSTclient file?

I have a pixe.la testing playground file for Emacs' restclient package. It might come handy to Emacs (and even Vim!) users to quickly hit the ground running in testing pixe.la. I'd like to contribute it back somewhere. PR to this repo? Wiki?
