Array shader need proper defaults

Describe the bug The array shader's default values aren't nice

To Reproduce Create a new terrain and use the array shader.

Expected behavior Better default. 20 for UV scale like other shaders.

Screenshots For example, ground UV scale defaults to 0, that causes this: https://github.com/Zylann/godot_heightmap_plugin/issues/10#issuecomment-637898557
