[Feat] Allow to scan QR/Barcode for ref fields

When adding refs for various objects, I now commonly find them both in QR/Barcode and in text. As they are often long strings, it would be quicker and less error-prone if it was possible to populate the value via scanning the code (no OCR is needed), like for URLs.

Is it normal to have ref values in qr codes? I usually see numbers or full words/sentences there, and I have never once in my life observed those in QR codes.

I found them on lamp posts and garbage boxes, so nowhere "really important" for now. Probably it would be easier to find a keyboard extension to read qr codes 🤔
