Smarter defaults when adding new tags

When I add new elements such as a bench, there are three materials to choose from by default without having to tap "...": steel, adobe and aluminum. But most of the benches in my area are made of wood. So I always have to tap on "..." and search for "wood". It would be smart to have the most commonly used material as one of the default options. I'm not sure how to implement this. It could be some sort of "learning" from the downloaded data from that area/city/region. Or it could be an additional setting. (This problem is not specific to benches, but it is the best example to illustrate the issue)
