Add "sr-Latn" for Serbia

Latin alphabet is de facto more popular then official Cyrillic in Serbia and OSM objects usually contains names in both "sr" and "sr-Latn". It makes sense to suggest both languages for new POIs, pop up both languages in the list, etc.
