Restore and lock north as up

It's really easy to get the map out of north south orientation, but is it is impossible to get it back the way it was perfectly. ( Well, okay, if you get it near north it does snap back, but you got to keep your fingers crossed (for good luck).) Therefore you need a button to restore north as up, and you also need a preference to lock north as up.

It is not documented where the gunsite icon is. I can't find it here on Android. Ahhh, wait...

Also restoring north needs to be independent of GPS, which might not even be on, #415. Also the user does not necessarily want to fly to his current location.
