Check the IP and trademark[EPIC]

This epic issue aims to track all points that we need to improve this project to open source and align it as close as possible to the foundations such as Eclipse and Apache. About open source, what we've learned:

• First, a public repo is not an open-source project.
• A popular repo is not an open-source project.
• We need to make sure that a third license does break our consent.
• If a project does not provide an appointment, we must avoid using it.
• We cannot use any picture, text, or music if those are not open source or creative commons.
• The main goal is to guarantee that this software is safe for the community without breaking any copyright issues.
