PyPi version issue

Great package! But I've ran into a problem on systems where we've installed it using pip.

While both version.py scripts (on pypi and github) show the same version, the actual code is definitely not. For instance, the show_window parameter is missing from the pypi version.

Could this be resolved?

It would be great to upload the latest version to pypi. It was not updated in 4 years. See also duplicate #40
