Transitions - Is there a way to use GLSL transitions with MoviePy?

Would it be possible to use GLSL transitions (http://transitions.glsl.io/) between videos you are concatenating in MoviePy?

Say for example, you would composite frames from moviepy into a GL context (say via pyopengl) and use GLSL transitions and then render the result back to a MP4 file via moviepy / ffmpeg?
