Fix Bio.Alphabet import error

Remove all Bio.Alphabet occurrences due to official documentation https://biopython.org/wiki/Alphabet.

I am sorry, I still could not understand. In order to read nwk file we need to import phylopanda as ph right? But, I could not find any way to solve that error of alphabet.error
