[todolist] TodoList is not updated if storage file is updated

Hi,

thanks for the great applet. You stated in the applet description following. "List is saved to ~/.local/share/plasma_notes/todolist which you can open up in your text editor and edit (changes will sync to the widget).".

Unfortunately for me doesn't work like this. It works if I re-add applet. Did you have the same bug on your side?
