Issue with scrolling near top and bottom of list.

Hello, I love how simple this app is. There is only one bug that makes it difficult to use for me personally and that is the fact that when I try to scroll to the bottom of the list the scrollbar jumps back to the top, preventing me from seeing the last item or from clicking on the empty box at the bottom to add a new task. Please let me know if you need any other info to diagnose the issue and get a fix merged!
