How to install in Fedora?

I tried adapting the Ubuntu instructions but haven't had much luck. How can I install this in Fedora KDE?

I recently installed OpenSUSE which also uses .rpm so I too found it a bit annoying. Kinda miss apt-get build-dep from debian distros.

Anyways, I used trmdi's spec for the package names I needed:
https://build.opensuse.org/package/view_file/home:trmdi/material-decoration/material-decoration.spec?expand=1

I forget if there was any missing packages. I recently installed the dependencies for all KDE software so my memories a little fuzzy. Here's all the dev packages I've got installed now though:
