UI: Add three-dot menu button in the Reports/Last Reports tables

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Right now each row in the tables have 4 buttons:

  1. rerun
  2. raw
  3. logs
  4. stop

These 4 buttons take up a lot of space in the table.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a ... button instead of these 4 buttons that when it's clicked it opens upwards a display of the 4 original icons. When hovering above each one a tooltip should display the action that each icon does.

Additional context Please use a ... icon that fits the look of the table (color and size wise)
