[BUG] Zonetool_iw3 crashes

Zonetool IW3 crashes when i try to run the Zonetool_iw3.exe

when i try using this version of dll https://github.com/ZoneTool/zonetool/releases/tag/1.0.205 it crashes with an exception https://drive.google.com/file/d/1zPPt9dLsrW7dlYzWSGkF1NvnxYa2xDym/view?usp=sharing

it also crashes on the latest version with exception (0x40010006) https://github.com/ZoneTool/zonetool/

This version of ZoneTool is not maintained anymore. Feel free to open a PR to fix the issue.
