Enhancement: Geofence control of ZM server Run State

In ZoneMinder I have two or more run states for a handful of armed and disarmed monitor modes.

I'd like to have the ability to choose the run state from zmNinja by using a GeoFence defined in the zmNinja app so that the Zoneminder run states are automatically changed to a monitor only run state when a family member arrives home by users device entering the defined Geofence and so that the run states are automatically changed to a motion detect run state when the last family members leaves home by being the last device to exit the defined Geofence.

Currently using EgiGeoZone App on Android to explore the concept of sending SMS or triggering a URL when entering and leaving the Geozone and it works well. But, I am not able to provide the Zoneminder server side component to monitor which devices are home and change the state. Also, EgiGeoZone is Android only.

A more advanced feature would allow a combination of run states to be selected for select days of the week and times within the day. For example, if someone is home and time is after 11pm on a weekday then select a specific run state that monitors the entry camera but sets motion detect on the driveway camera.

I would like the ability to select from the available states which have been saved on the console.
