Torguard locations are outdated

Thanks for the great add-on! It seems like the Torguard location is not up to date. For instance the Israel location that exist in this repo is no longer included on Torguard, and instead they now have two new Israel location.

Happy to help, but not sure where to get the locations in the format you have here... all i found was this http://torguard.tv/update/locations1.txt

The link above appears for be for IPsec, not openvpn. If I download the vpn files from https://torguard.net/downloads/OpenVPN-UCP.zip I get a different set of results which admittedly look 2 years out of date before they introduced their stupid generator for ovpn files. I can't do anything here without either a recent set of ovpn files, or a list like you've provided for openvpn connections.
