How to erase filter and show the original picure ,and brush to restore the filter effec?

I had this question when i used Pixlr and Picsart, they both have powerful Photo processing Effect, Every step you have done in these two app can be undo/redo, and most of your works can be erased and burshed, if you have any idea, Please reply , thanks!
