character-editor Support Character Card V2 spec

Users of the ZoltanAI character editor currently make cards for characterhub, Pyg booru, SillyTavern and Agnai. Those platforms will soon move to a new version for Character Cards. This will cause the ZoltanAI character editor to become obsolete. Please review the V2 spec and give your approval. I can write the PR with the necessary changes when the time comes if you need someone to.

Spec documentation is very robust! Hopefully this gets support for it.

Definitely something I want to see as well... there's quite a lot to the V2 spec, so even if @ZoltanAI could start small and add selective features like alternate greetings, as it's a really cool feature that shouldn't be too hard to implement.

I was just about to come in here to make suggestions about character books/world books, but that's all included in those specs so I guess I can just add a "me too" to this one. I've been using a local AI for doing worldbuilding for an RPG setting and these lists of tagged "facts" are super useful.
