[Feature Request]: Export as WebP

Why is exporting as WebP important? Modern formats such as WebP and AVIF consistently perform far better than PNG, GIF and JPEG, so by allowing exporting in modern standards, a precedent for using those modern formats is set. https://github.com/ZoltanAI/character-editor/issues/1 would be better addressed with official WebP support as well.
