Add sorting for charting task

People wanting to get fast(er) charting completions, might want to either sort the seas (current sorting) alphabetically. There are currently some "bonus" diving tasks etc, but it doesn't really make sense to keep them in there, since you need to complete them to complete the 100 tasks.

To get fast charting completions I think the best way to do it would be to go per Ocean then per sea (until someone figures out the best route if you think about all the duck tasks).

Right now you'll have to drag stuff around the whole time and figure out which seas belongs to oceans, then because there's no search bar you have to scroll through the list and find them then drag them all in order.

A filter might work too, filter per ocean / sea and show all the tasks across the different seas (or bonus diving, chart etc). Might be the most useful actually.
