Refactor program input/output

  • Base rom is now verified with SHA256
  • Byteswapped versions of the base rom are now accepted as input, and converted appropriately
  • Input files are now verified before attempting to output anything
  • Removed redundant checks meant to verify input files.
  • Output is now stored in the /Output folder
