Attachment pages are mostly useless but attract spam, therefore I suggest we add a new rule/setting: * [ ] Comments on attachment pages are *always* spam What do you think?...
WooCommerce is using the comments for reviews, but it is duplicating the UI which therefore is missing all our additions. Maybe we need to add all this here too.
