Two new shop features

  • add a new shop product/option that can be bought only once (or X times) per account
  • add option to mount/outfits to be bought for all characters (and future characters) in the account, just like cip did with the beneficent mount thing (using accountStorage https://gist.github.com/Znote/7d37aa2c3987ced94ff41f7049f4de7e )
