feat: Bumped SDK version to 0.50.0 in services and tools

What

• Bumped SDK version in services and tools to 0.50.0
• Updated SQL to return adapter name and type from platform-service's get_adapter_instance_from_db

Why

• SDK bump contains some changes to mark repetitive messages as DEBUG logs and few changes to log time taken by a few long running operations

Can this PR break any existing features. If yes, please list possible items. If no, please explain why. (PS: Admins do not merge the PR without this section filled)

• No, but in case of regressions in the SDK it's possible
