Feat/Updated browser title with project name

What

• Updated browser's title with the project name in Prompt Studio & Workflow

Why

• Easy to differentiate when users are working on multiple Prompt Studio projects in different browser tabs
• When Prompt Studio projects are shared publicly

How

Can this PR break any existing features. If yes, please list possible items. If no, please explain why. (PS: Admins do not merge the PR without this section filled)

• No, Minor UI enhancement this won't cause any issue in existing features.
