Add the split capital cities of Cyprus

The capital city of Cyprus is split into two halves, whereby the southern side is Greek and the northern side is Turkish.

The Greek side is known as South Nicosia and Lefkosía or Lefkosia.

The Turkish side is known as North Nicosia and Lefkoşa or Lefkosa.

I have included both the accented and non-accented versions of Lefkosía (Greek) and Lefkoşa (Turkish).

Nicosia itself is not accented.
